Mosaic Workshop is a business in the Mosaic Art industry that imports, distributes and manufactures related products and supplies.

Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 business days unless otherwise indicated and delivery confirmed by way of Tracking Number 1 to 12 hours after goods have been dispatched. All goods will be dispatched via South African Postal services package mail unless otherwises stated or requested.
Any time or date for delivery named by Mosaic Workshop is an estimate only, and Mosaic Workshop shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay.

Export restriction
The offering on this website is currently available to South African clients only.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Mosaic Workshop is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, Mosaic Workshop will refund the client in full within 30 days.  Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a  5 % administration fee and can only be cancelled within 48 hours of the order having been placed.
Mosaic Workshop is under no obligation to accept returns from the buyer. If goods are accepted back, a handling charge of 15% will be charged together with all transportation costs.
Mosaic Workshop takes all precautions to ensure the safe travel of our goods. In case of damage, please contact us on shop@mosaicworkshop.co.za. Each case will be looked at individually.
Due to the nature of the goods supplied, there are no warranties or guarantees regarding to mechanical or other types of failure. We can only guarantee that goods supplied are as stated in the catalogue. If the buyer has a question or a concern, it is important that they contact us before ordering as no returns will be considered due to buyer claiming ignorance. It is up to the buyer to make sure it is the product that they want prior to ordering.

Customer privacy policy
Mosaic Workshop shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA)

Payment options accepted
Payment may currently be made via Visa or MasterCard credit cards only.

Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Mosaic Workshop via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa.  PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on our website.  Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. 

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Mosaic Workshop separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site.  For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.  Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility
Mosaic Workshop takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods

Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Mosaic Workshop chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature,  to be Cape Town.

Variation
Mosaic Workshop may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
